Full Obedience
I preached this message in Tanzania 2008; I ran it through a word processor for better understanding, some thoughts were added
Greetings:
It is good to praise the Lord. It is good to see people who want to praise the Lord. I am very thankful to be here.
Message:
When we became Christians, we made a start in our Christian lives, but we need to continue, as there are very many things that need to be done in our lives, things that need to be changed, to prepare us for our work, and for the future. We need to develop a deep trust and confidence in God, as we have a big job to do for God, and hard times are coming, we need to be prepared.
Everything we are going to do for God must come out of a deep trust and confidence in Him; it needs to come out of a close and intimate relationship with Him; without that close and intimate relationship with God, we can do nothing for Him. Most Christians after they become Christians go about living their lives in their own power and will, and many do not even know that a higher life then that is even possible.
We need to be strong in the Lord, and weak in ourselves: God is our strength. We have no strength without God, and God’s strength is obtained by the time we spend with Him. Isaiah 26 talks about a future day when God’s people will be a strong people; but God doesn’t want us to wait for the future: He wants us to bring the future into the present: He wants us use His strength now.
Isaiah 26:1, “In that day shall this song be sung in the land of Judah; we have a strong city; salvation will God appoint for walls and bulwarks. Judah was the fourth son of Jacob: when his mother bare him she said, “Now will I praise the Lord”. When Israel was divided, the southern division was called Judah after the dominate tribe: Judah. Judah maintained the temple worship, the priesthood, and had a number of good kings; while the northern kingdom had none of those.
Judah represents the people of God that still praise and worship Him: so if you want to serve God well you will be represented by the kingdom of Judah. “In that day” is a phrase used in the Old Testament to speak of some future event. In the Old Testament times it was not possible to bring future events to the present; but the New Testament days were called the last days because God wanted each generation since to rise up and bring an end to the evil that is going on in this earth by bringing the future into the present.
When men of God travel the world raising up a people who would get so close to God that they brought an end to the evil of this world and brought Jesus back, it would actually be the last days; but until such a people arises the end will never come. I have heard end time messages for thirty six years now, and after about five years I cried out to God and said, God I need something I can do now; so for the past thirty years God has been showing me things that when done will bring “In that day” Into the present; now He is telling me to preach it around the World.
God loves to do the impossible; God is today bringing this message to your city and nation: this whole nation of thirty million people (Tanzania), with an average income of about one thousand dollars per person (thirty billion dollars), we have men in America worth five times that amount, yet God is bringing you the message that will change the world. I have found no place in America where I can preach this message, because God wants to show that He can raise up the weak and destroy the mighty: God is bringing you the message of how to unleash God’s power and wealth, while America is going through its death throes. Pray for our country: especially God’s people in our country; they have entertained doctrines of demons so long, they no longer can receive the Truth for the most part.
If you will reject the doctrines of man and demons, and just go to Jesus early in the morning, then this verse (Isaiah 26: 1) is for you, and you will be singing this song here in verse one “We have a strong city”, and the salvation that will result will become walls and bulwarks that no enemy can break through: you will demonstrate to the churches of America that salvation, wealth, and strength are found in God’s presence, and not in the doctrines of men.
Spread this word around: that everything you need is found by spending time individually, early in the morning with God: spread it through your church, your city, your nation, and it will go around the world. We need a people that will learn how to praise out of their relationship with God, a city, and a whole nation of praisers, and that will be a very strong nation. When Mwanza learns to praise the Lord, it will become a strong city. Praising alone, in church, and among many will be very valuable times; but when you’re whole life becomes praise: then there will be great safety and power.
In verse two it says open the gates for the righteousness nation that keeps the truth. We don’t start with a nation; but we must start small: one or two, then maybe a dozen, then hundreds, thousands, then a nation. We may start by raising our hands, and singing out loud, and keep on till our very lives become praise. Paul says in 1 Corinthians 15 first that which is natural then that which spiritual: so we try to first do it consciously, and later if we are diligent, everything we do will praise God, even our everyday activities; but it only can happen if we are diligent to meet with God.
Satan is always trying to put doubts and unbelief in our minds: he will tell you this is not true; he will tell you that you are too busy; he will tell you that it is inconvenient; he will even try to get you to doubt your salvation; but your time with God and praise will break down those arguments, and you will win the battle.
In verse three “You will keep him in perfect peace whose mind is stayed on you; because he trusts in you”. All the things of God are interconnected, and cannot be completely separated: songs, praise, salvation, righteousness, truth, peace, trust, to name a few: all these things must be present in our lives, if we are to fulfill what he is saying here; these things need to be working in our lives all the time; all these thing will start small, and through your diligence will continue to grow, till they become second nature to you.
In Daniel 2: 34-45, we see a stone cut out of a mountain without hands that rolled over the evil kingdoms of the world, and as it went it became a mountain that filled the whole earth: God’s people who overcome, who become one with Jesus Christ, will smash the nations to pieces with a rod of iron, the same power given to Jesus Revelation 2: 26, 27; Psalm 149: 6-9; 11 Corinthians 10: 6. People of God who meet with Him in full surrender and commitment, are the ones that are being trained to rule the world in the tribulation, and will bring an end to the great evil you see around you: God is offering you a place here if you should choose to accept it.
If you are diligent to prepare yourselves, and spread God’s word through this whole nation till your nation becomes a righteous nation, then it will enter in through the gates while the Sons of God smash all the evil nations to pieces with a rod of iron. I know you can go forth and win this nation, for everywhere I have tried I found many who wanted to become Christians; do not delay; go forward; as this will become one of the great evangelistic nations of the world.
People who keep their minds stayed on God, not only have perfect piece, but they have all they need of everything; no enemy can break through their defenses; they never ask men for anything, their trust is in the Lord: they go to no man for anything, their trust is only in the Lord; therefore they cannot want any good thing. When God’s people trust only in Him, they also tap in to His everlasting strength: they cannot be defeated; they are full of little acts of Love and Kindness: their work lasts forever. One common fault I find in all poor people is that, they ask men for things instead of God, and poor nations are poor because they are full people who are beggars. Kings kids receive all they need directly from the king. If I can get you people to quit asking men for things, and only ask God, you will become prosperous. You must ask God believing and not begging: God is very willing to give you what you need, and begging only insults Him, it suggests that He is not willing to give it to you.
God’s people who meet with Him are so full of acts of Love, Kindness, and Peace that they become: Love, Kindness, and peace. My desire is to have a whole army of people filled with Love, Kindness, and Peace and that it will become an army going through the nations of the world bringing the world to Christ.
In verses 5, 6 you see that God is going to bring down the lofty city: the feet of the poor and needy will tread it down. King David says in psalm 86: 1, Bow down your ear o Lord and hear me for I am poor and needy”; we know that he was very wealthy and powerful as king of Israel but he recognized that he was poor and needy and needed God greatly: he recognized the fact that he could do nothing without God, and these are the kind of people who are going to trample the proud and lofty cities.
11 Corinthians 10: 4-6, “The weapons of our warfare are not carnal, but mighty through God to the pulling of strongholds; casting down imaginations, and every high thing that exalts itself against the knowledge of God, and bringing into captivity every thought to the obedience of Christ; and having in readiness to revenge all disobedience when your own obedience is fulfilled”. Love, Kindness, compassion, joy mercy, grace, gentleness, and more: are the kind of weapons that will defeat these strongholds in our minds.
The fruit of the Spirit and other good things, they all come from Jesus inside of us doing them: we could never come up with the power without Jesus working from the inside. The God head is the source of all good things. Satan, when he cannot stop you from doing good works, will try to tell you how good you are, in fact he will tell you that you are better others: knowing your pride will bring you down. David said Psalm 86: 1, “Bow your ear o Lord, for I am poor and needy”: David so recognized his need for God that as the richest most powerful man on earth; he thought of himself as poor and needy.
What I want you to see is that, there is a city in our minds put there by Satan that we will have to conquer first: we will conquer through the fruit of the Spirit, humility, and the armor of God. The first thing we have to do is to conquer the enemy in our own minds, or we will never finish the work God called us to do, and we will never rule the nations. Most Christians, as soon as they get one little thing from God, they rise in pride telling about it making the strongholds in their minds even stronger and harder to break: that is not the kind of man that is going to conquer the city in his mind.
God is working on our motives: we may be full of good deeds, but is our motive pride? Don’t stop the good deeds, but ask God to purify your motives: God will put you in the fire and get it real hot, till the pride comes to the surface, then He will begin to scrim it off. God purifying us is a painful thing, but we need Him to do His work receiving absolutely no honor for ourselves at all. We need to be sure we never try to defend ourselves as God is our only defense: if anyone tries to injure us our only defense is to love him, with joy and peace in our hearts, we use gentleness and kindness as our only rebuttal.
In verse 7, God is going to weigh the path of the just, till our every motive is God’s very will. We need to keep conquering and conquering: the first place we have to conquer is our self nature, and until that is conquered we will not be qualified to conquer anything outside of ourselves. When our own Obedience is fulfilled: then we will be prepared to bring those things without to judgment. When Jesus comes back, He will be coming for a people who are like Him 1 John 3: He is returning for a church that is without spot, wrinkle, or any such thing.
Everything God commands us, He expects full obedience: God’s commands and revelations are like bricks on the floor; as long as they lay on the floor they are only stumbling blocks; but lay them in a wall with the mortar of obedience and now they are very valuable. Bricks missing in a wall leave an opening where unwanted beings can come in; but in the wall they protect you from that which would harm you.
Isaiah, 26: 9, “When your judgments are in the earth, the inhabitants of the earth will learn righteousness”. God’s desire in all this is: the salvation of the whole world; keep in mind when all this is accomplished, it is going to go to the entire world: this is exactly what the world is waiting for and doesn’t know it, your job is very great.
Christians go to church or conventions, and hear a good word, and leave without mixing the word with faith and obedience, so the word only becomes a stumbling block in their lives; Satan comes in through the missing obedience, and wreaks havoc in their lives. Obedience makes God’s word valuable to you. Obedience builds a building that will withstand the fires of the judgment 1 Corinthians 3: 11- 15.
! Corinthians 3: 11- 15 speaks of building with two different kinds of materials: one kind withstands fire and the other cannot. There is a great day of fire coming to the earth and if we build with the wrong materials our house will burn: we need to build with materials that will withstand fire; those Christians who build with the right materials, will be in charge in the tribulation, and those who build with the wrong materials will be in the fire till there works are burned up; they will be saved so as by fire.
Christians who follow fashions, heap money to themselves, live for wealth, power, and earthly security” all works on that level will have to be burned up before their salvation can be complete. Daniel 2, the stone, is cut out of the mountain of God without hands: that is that there no man’s works used in the forming of this stone: if you will be a part of this stone; you must spend enough time with God; and surrendered to what He is doing, if you want Him to be able to form you without hands, into His very image. God is going to form those who are surrendered to Him, into the image of Christ; the rest will have to have their works burned out of them.
It is a most important thing to meet with Jesus; to behold His glory; and to be changed little by little, as you can only be changed slowly: therefore start now or you may not have time to complete it. Go directly to Jesus do not look to any other thing. Down through the century’s people worshipped the works of their own hands: they did not think they were worshipping a carved piece of wood, but the God it represented; some worshipped the sun thinking they were worshipping the God who created it: they would bow down to it asking God for direction, rain and whatever they needed, many did not know it was idolatry.
In this day idolatry has taken a very subtle form in the church: people come up with their own doctrines, their own interpretations of what God said, the works of their own hands; some are following signs and wonders: they are led all over the place by every little things that happens around them, instead of going directly to God. Signs and wonders are supposed to follow God’s people: they are not to be leading God’s people anywhere, only God is to be our guide.
I have seen probably a dozen church groups destroyed in my life time: all of them find a way to defending their way or church, some even with guns. Three extreme cases were Jim Jones, David Koresh, and the comet people, but most don’t go that far. There seems to be a touch of this idolatry in almost all the churches that I have seen in America. I am telling you how to go directly to God, and you will avoid the terrible plight of the American churches; I hope God will use you to come to America, and evangelize them.
The people in the churches of America do not know their idolatry, so God does not fault them for it; but nevertheless sin, sickness, death, disease still reign in their lives, and there is very little victory in their lives. Not knowing a thing is wrong is like walking over a mountain and falling over a cliff: if you didn’t know the cliff was there you are not charged with a fault; but you still die on the rocks below. Satan who tells God’s people, what to do guards the pulpit very carefully, lest anyone tell them the truth; it would be a terrible threat to Satan’s control over the American church. The American church sings about Satan’s defeat on the cross, yet it doesn’t bother Satan all that much, as long as he can deceive them in accepting his advice.
I have seen Satan in my own life, arrange things so well that, I thought it had to be God: I didn’t think he could wield that much power: he arranged meetings with a person I did not know where she lived about every two weeks for nine months; he told me at times when I would meet her, Gave me a vision with my eyes opened as I was driving my car, and gave me a false peace that felt like the real thing. Because I saw many churches fall following these kinds of things, I told God I needed a test, and I asked to arrange one more meeting with this woman as I needed a test, and when the test came out negative; I said, it is over with, later I could see how important that decision was.
I asked God how was it possible, that Satan could arrange all those meetings, and He took me to the book of Job and said, I told Satan what he was allowed to do to Job, All he had to do was believe what I said, because faith comes by hearing my words and he had the faith to use all my power that came within my word: it was not Satan’s power but my power that Satan used by faith to try and destroy Job. I have learned never to follow signs, wonders, visions, and dreams; but get my word directly from God, and then these things may confirm it.
If you will start with yourself, and meet in full surrender with God; then go out and rescue who you can; build bigger churches; start more churches; keep filling them up; win your city; then win your nation then your nation will be entering in through the gates, and escape the terrible times that are coming upon this earth. Instead of trying to defend your church; get your people hearing directly from God, and they will reject any voice that is not the master’s voice: they will carry their protection on the inside, and cannot ever be deceived.
You people are some of the most important people on earth: for God is giving you revelation hardly any church in America has been entrusted with: God is making the first last and the last first; you are going to have to diligently enter into what God gave me for you, if you are going to be first in this day though.
In Revelation 2: 26-27, “He that overcomes, and keeps my works unto the end, to him will I give power over the nations: and he shall rule over them with a rod of iron; and as the vessels of a potter shall they be broken to shivers: even as I have received of my Father. What things I am telling you are of utmost importance: you are being prepared for a job so great, you cannot even conceive in your mind of how important it is right now.
Remember that the man whose very life becomes praise: is tapping into God’s everlasting strength, and nothing in earth or hell will ever be able to stop that man.
Isaiah 26: 13, “O Lord our God, other lords besides you have had dominion over us: but by you only will we make mention of your name”. our enemies: the world, the flesh, and the devil have used every kind of habit, sin, sickness, disease, and even death to rule over us; and then Satan used arguments of unbelief in order to try to prove that it was normal; that we should accept it; and that only once in a while will we get healed through prayer. We have been ruled over by many lords beside God, and many do not even realize that they are worshipping a false god.
You must understand that until we overcome all these false gods within us, we will never be able to rule the world, much less sit with Jesus on His throne. Go on now and be diligent to meet with God, and as you gain the victory over of these things: share it with the world around you that Jesus is salvation, and you will fill up your churches; build more churches; Do not be too eager to teach the people you win your ideas; just teach them how to go to Jesus, and get what they need as each person is very different, and you will not even understand some of what Jesus has to tell them, even as an eye cannot understand how an ear works..
Be very diligent and this thing will grow as a stone cut out of the mountain without hands till it conquers the whole world. I thank you for your time. God Bless You.
